I ran accros your web site and think it's "Falcon-grooven" , wish it was
around a decade ago when I did most of the "swaps" you have articles on.

I would like to post my car on your web site it won the 2nd place award at the Falcon nationals this summer. 

1964 Falcon Sprint “Millennium Falcon”

Handling: Total Control Products Rack and Pinion steering
4 wheel 11” Dia. Directionally vented disk brakes
Custom oversize master cylinder with braided lines 720 lb. Front coil springs
1-1/8” Dia. Front sway bar, 1” Dia rear sway bar (over the Axle)
5 leaf (anti-roll) rear springs “normal eye”
Tied and crossed sub frames
Custom made monte-carlo bar with export brace
KYB gas adjust shocks
Torque-Thrust II rims 17 x 7 front, 17 x 8 rear
Kelly Rage tires 235/45 front , 255/40 rear (equal side wall height)

Engine: 1985 5.0 H.O. roller block
Lunati forged crank (347 cid)
Factory Ford windage tray from 64 hp 289
Trick flow forged pistons, dome matches chamber 10.2:1(by Arias)
Eagle forged, SP I-beam rods (bushed)
True roller timing chain
Factory Ford high volume oil pump (68hv)
Trick Flow roller cam (by crane) 510/282
Comp cams roller lifters / w Ford Motorsport spider for high lift
Trick Flow 1pc push rods
Trick Flow roller rockers (by Crane) gold race model
Trick Flow Aluminum heads (r) series 2.02” intake, 1.60 exhaust
Mallory distributor w/MSD 6a and Accel coil
Carter AFB 625 cfm carb , venturies are bored and sharpened, all
obstructions removed.
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
Remote oil filter and cooler
Heads and intake are ported, match ported, bowl ported and extrude honed
as one piece, producing 357 cfm per intake runner @ .500” lift.
Rotating assembly has been chamfered, smoothed and sharpened for
parasitic drag

Exhaust: 3” dia. Flowmasters (3 chamber)
3” dia balance tube
2-1/2 dia over the axil tail pipes
Cooling: Mattson 4 row double pass cross flow, for Falcons and Mustangs
(a must have item)
Trans: 1988 AOD 2500 stall, B&M Trans-pak Quick silver shifter

Rear End: 1977 Lincoln Versailles 9” Housing and axils
Auburn clutchless limited slip carrier
3.89:1 US. Strange gears

Post Script - tragedy!

hey Mike
thought I should inform you that my Falcon has met it's maker, it was a very sad
day!! 12/15/00, if you are a member of the FCA you would have see the artical
about my cars life in the Febuary 2001 issue of the FCA newsletter. but through
the news letter the are many VERY COOL!! people that have donated parts to a
whole 64 sprint (in great condition) to help me get my baby back up again, she's
in the paint shop now and should be her identical self soon.
I have sent the pic's of before and after.
